Phil Peters over at the Cuban Triangle blog gives a response to a recently published study by Katherine Hirschfeld about perceptions of the Cuban healthcare system and describes it's content as "pretty thin soup." It's no surprise since UM's Institute of Cuban and Cuban-American Studies published the study. News of the study appeared last week on the Babalu blog.
Peters provides a good response to a report that seems to me flawed from the first few pages. I make some comments as well. Read at your leisure.
