As I write this post, Rep. Lincoln Diaz-Balart is announcing that he will not run for re-election in Florida's 21st Congressional District. His speech was given this afternoon at Florida International University inside the Law Library, part of which is dedicated to his grandfather Rafael Diaz-Balart.[Correction] The announcement was broadcast live in its entirety by local news reports.
